Kirby Joined the Dominion Partners team in 2021. Prior to the move back to her hometown of Memphis, TN, she managed the People Analytics Team at Royal Caribbean Cruises in Miami, FL, and worked with the Talent Management Team at ADT Security Services in Boca Raton, FL.

She attended the University of Alabama for her Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business Administration, and received her Masters degree from the University of Central Florida in 2014. Her prior experiences have provided a strong background in analytics and working with clients around the globe. Kirby is an avid reader and book critic. She currently writes for her own blog, Kirbs the Word.
